Plus, since we want to earn your business every day, we offer the only month-to-month program in Orange County as we’re certain you’ll be very happy with our services. 

We help you earn more profitability by providing honest, quality repairs at a fair price ensuring our tenants feel valued and will (in theory) have increased respect for your property. Our dedicated team can handle every aspect of property management at a high service level. 

We also invest a lot into technology for efficient and effective property management that allows us to:

*  automatically email tenants that rent is due
*  collect rent with credit card, bank transfer or check
*  provide renter’s liability insurance to all tenants
*  report late rent to Experian on the 5th of each month
*  provide a 24-hour repair center for around the clock protection

After years of clients requesting that we manage their investment property, our property management team grew. Since buying and selling and management are very different, it was best to create a new company, so Genuine Property Management was born as your Orange County property management company.
