I have been into fitness most of my life and fully understand the struggles of weight loss, having been through it myself. (40 lbs down in 2018). I have also helped my clients reach their respective goal weights. I believe in two things: consistence and persistence. Develop permanent healthy habits and don't be discouraged by falling short of a temporary goal.

SPECIALTIES

NASM certified personal trainer based in downtown Long Beach. I primarily work from home and own a complete set of fitness equipmemt (pictured above). I will also travel to your home if you have access to a gym in your building or own fitness equipment, however I am willing to travel with a limited supply of equipment. Whether you are looking to slim down or bulk up, I can guide you to your goal! Many personal trainers simply throw a plethora of random exercises each session without creating an organized plan that includes progress tracking. I believe in altering exercises, but doing so within a comprehensive plan. Measuring-and improving progress is the only way to achieve change.

Accountability is also a key factor in goal achievement. That’s why I utilize a smart phone app designed for personal trainers and their clients. Once you become my client, I sign you in and create a workout program tailored to your goals. You also have the ability to log a workout each day, so I can see you are on track!
