John Arreaga is the Owner and Head Fitness Coach of 4th Quarter Fitness & Performance. John received his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from California State University of Long Beach and has progressed to obtain certifications in personal training including the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association (NESTA) and the Metabolic Training Certification. John's career as a personal trainer first started in local franchise gyms such as 24 Hour Fitness & Bally's Total Fitness. His most notable position was working as a Performance Enhancement Specialist for Athletes' Performance. In addition, during his senior year at Cal State Long Beach, John was able to intern in the Strength and Conditioning complex where he worked closely with their division 1 athletes. Johns focus is to instill hard work and team camaraderie amongst all his athletes. His hope is to continue to create an awareness and community of health and fitness in the Southern California area.
