As a young boy I Used to  love Watch my grandfather woody  cook, Chief   Woody that is…Rather if it was in the kitchen or  in the backyard on the BBQ grill it was an amazing sight to see. And this is when I under his guidance and watchful eye i developed my own style of low and slow cooking. First cooking for family and friends, Then doing private events For years. Wanting to take my Product and idea on the road I then hitched a small 6ft.trailer onto my 1986 four-door Toyota Camry And begin  hitting the Road with my BBQ. Pit On back Smoking as I tug down the road. Stopping at businesses and Local nightclubs in the Los Angeles area i stared Selling BBQ dinners To anyone who wanted good Authentic tasting BBQ with my wife latonia Cranking out that homemade potato salad mac & cheese  we Really began to showcase our product With the hope of one day starting our own restaurant which is known today as Robert Earls BBQ.in long Beach ca,
