Hi-Grade Painting & Development first began in 1986, and the company has been family-owned since its opening. We have been around for 31 proud years, serving Orange County and the Greater Los Angeles areas.

MEET THE BUSINESS OWNER: MANNY V.

Manuel Valladares, owner of Hi-Grade Painting & Development, first launched the company in 1986, with the support of his family and help of his small staff. With a long history in property development, Manny has enjoyed learning the many trades of the business. Painting had always been a hobby of his, and he feels “lucky to have the opportunity to work in such a fun, customer-centered industry.”
