Harbor Property Management manages rental properties throughout Torrance and the South Bay. We manage rental properties in Rancho Palos Verdes, Redondo Beach, El Segundo, Lomita, Lawndale, Harbor City, Hawthorne, Long Beach, Torrance, Carson, Wilmington, San Pedro, Hermosa Beach, Gardena, Compton, Manhattan Beach, and surrounding cities.  We manage single family homes, we manage condo’s or condominiums, we manage town homes, we manage apartments, and we manage commercial property.  We will manage the entire rental process, including screening tenants, city inspections, lease signing, move in inspections, rent collection, evictions, routine maintenance, or challenging tenant scenarios.
Our tenants have access to a “tenant portal”, allowing them to view their payment ledger, lease documents, make maintenance requests online, and schedule one time or recurring rent payments.  For our clients, they also have access to what we call the “Owner Portal”, designed to give access to all property information from the convenience of their home or mobile phone.  Property owners can view all tenant information including  12 varieties of financial reports, maintenance reports, tenant reports, leases, and much more.  All of this is online for our clients.

History

Established in 2000.

HPM (Harbor Property Management) is a family business.  We take pride in managing property for our clients in a friendly, affordable, professional manner.  Scott Colette, is the broker for Harbor Property Management.  Scott is a former 5th grade teacher with the Los Angeles Unified School District.  Today, Scott continues to teach weekend courses in investment real estate and property management at Los Angeles Harbor College.  Starting with just one client in Redondo Beach, we now manage over 675 units through out Torrance and  the South Bay.  Our management style has been consistant, with a focus on meeting the needs of our tenants and clients.  Communication is the key!  We also use the latest in property management technology to streamline our services, providing online resources for our clients and tenants
