HISTORY
Established in 2016.
Our accounting, tax, payroll, and audit business first existed as a sole proprietorship over 30 years ago. Over the years our accountants and CPA have grown with advancing cloud accounting technology and have learned a wealth of knowledge from our client interactions to provide the highest level quality of services that we offer today. Our clients have ranged from start-ups to large entities with multiple subsidiaries. We are experienced not only in accounting and taxation, but we have thorough experience in tax audits with government and private agencies as well as helping individuals and business owners obtain financing or assistance in mergers and acquisitions.
MEET THE BUSINESS OWNER: MICHAEL F.
Michael graduated from University of California, San Diego with a degree in Chemistry & Biochemistry at the age of 20. After spending his early adult life being extensively involved in cardiac biomedical research and going on to being published in several reputable peer reviewed journals, he realized he could apply his unique approach to complex problems to help individuals and businesses excel. By considering and analyzing challenges that individuals and businesses face, Michael uses modern technology to help organize and propel business towards financial success. He went on to pass all four parts of the Uniform CPA exam on his first try and has obtained CPA licensure by the California Board of Accountancy. Currently, Michael is studying law and hopes to practice business and tax law to supplement his accounting firm. In his spare time, Michael loves to travel, hike, snowboard, and try different foods.
