Auto-B-Craft

Auto Club customers can just drop off their cars with a claim number from Auto Club.  We are a “Desk Review” shop.  They send us the assignment and we upload an estimate with photos and start the job.  Farmers Insurance customers can drop their cars off as well.  We are a “Shop of Choice” program shop for Farmers.  This also includes Bristol West & 21st Century Insurance.  USAA customers can use “My Shops” program.  The insurance company will send an assignment to our “in box” ready for you to come in.  Mercury, Travelers, Infinity, Geico, Alliance, Progressive, and State Farm customers just need to come in with their claim numbers and we take it from their.  The insurance company will dispatch an estimator the following day. For Esurance we are called an “Open Shop”.  Just request our shop and the file will be sent to our inbox where we can write the estimate, take pictures, and upload it to them.

Our emplyeess are I CAR trained and welding certified.  We are equiped to handle all insurance claims.
