Established in 2006.

Real Estate can have many obstacles and outcomes during a transaction. Having noble consumer focused intentions becomes expendable in a sales commission driven industry. It was obvious that other Real Estate Firms did not hold true core ethics in favor of the clients best interest. Sales tactics and bottom lines uproot and destroy the culture of many Real Estate Firms. Chayan Alavi knew that he could not use his brand under a national chain, like so many of these team agents do. It was fundamental that the integrity starts from the top down! Committing our agents to do what is right, every time. With this Chayan Alavi founded Alavi International Real Estate, Inc. which now operates under DBA Alavi Agency and employs the highest standard for real estate agents in the industry.
